Refund policy

All sales of digital coaching sessions, live video sessions, and bundles provided by SANDIFRAN 369 LLC (Sandi Fran) are final.

Key Points

 

1. No Refunds

• All purchases are strictly non-refundable.

• Once a booking is made, the payment cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

2. Rescheduling Only (No Cancellations)

• Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Rescheduling requests must be sent to mail@sandifran.com.

• Approval for rescheduling is at the discretion of Sandi Francis.

3. No-Shows

• If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without requesting a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the session is considered completed and non-transferable.

4. Exceptions

• Any exceptions must be approved directly by Sandi Francis and are granted only in rare circumstances.
